NORRISTOWN, Pa.—A fire at a boarding house outside Philadelphia has forced more than two dozen people out of their homes.

The fire was reported just after 4 p.m. in Norristown. Firefighters brought it under control in about 90 minutes. There are no reports of injuries.

The American Red Cross is assisting 26 people, including 6 children, affected by the fire.

Authorities said at least eight units in the boarding house have been damaged.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
