As of 11 a.m. Wednesday Hanover had gotten the most rain, with 8.15 inches. Schellsburg, in the central part of the state, was next at 7.94 inches. West Chester, near Philadelphia, received 5.96 inches of rain.
Champion, in the southwestern highlands, got 13 inches of snow, while nearby Laurel Summit got 10 inches.
That was a fraction of Gatlinburg, Tenn., which recorded 34 inches of snow. Easton, Md. got the most rain in the region, at 12.55 inches.
The highest recorded winds in Pennsylvania were in Allentown, at 81 miles per hour, and Philadelphia International Airport recorded 68 miles per hour.
