READING, Pa.—Investigators in Berks County have arrested a suspect in connection with the fatal shooting of a man whose body was found on a popular bicycle trail last month.

Authorities say 29-year-old Reading resident Jose Rivera-Aguirre was arrested late Thursday. Police say they are also still searching for two other suspects in the death of 41-year-old Luis Salas-Ramos.

Court documents show Rivera-Aguirre was charged Friday with first-degree murder, kidnapping and other charges in the killing. It could not immediately be determined if he had an attorney.

Salas-Ramos' body was found Sept. 23 on the Thun Trail, and investigators say he had been shot multiple times. Authorities are still trying to determine a possible motive.
