ALLENTOWN, Pa.—Police in eastern Pennsylvania say a woman has been arrested in the early morning stabbing death of a man in an Allentown apartment.

Authorities said 52-year-old Desiderio Morales of Palmerton was found unresponsive in the second-floor unit at about 7 a.m. Wednesday.

Officials said emergency crews rushed him to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar crest, where he was pronounced dead about a half-hour later.

Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim said he died of a stab wound and ruled the case a homicide.
