The newspaper, based about 45 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, has delivered its Saturday edition in the morning for more than 20 years. But weekday deliveries have been in the afternoon.
The News ( http://bit.ly/QzZ2Ur) is changing its press times to ensure home delivery in most areas by 9 a.m. Some customers whose papers are delivered by school-age carriers may still receive their weekday papers in the afternoon, however.
The weekday papers will also be available at newsstands in the morning, sometimes as early as 7 a.m.
