The (Uniontown) Herald-Standard ( http://bit.ly/ShGbMW) says a magisterial district judge in Greene County on Monday held 32-year-old Jason Roe of Daisytown for trial on charges of homicide and aggravated assault.
Roe is charged in the Aug. 14 shotgun slaying of 38-year-old Cordele Patterson of Grindstone in Wayne Township. Prosecutors allege that the homicide stemmed from a love triangle.
Forty-year-old Lana Roe, who was wounded, was held for trial earlier on charges of criminal homicide and providing false reports to law enforcement.
