PITTSBURGH—Police have released surveillance video and a sketch of a man who is suspected of slashing a bicyclist's throat last week.

Pittsburgh police released the video on Tuesday. They say 25-year-old Colin Albright was riding his bicycle home from work on the evening of Sept. 5 when another man approached him from behind and then stabbed him in the neck, arm, and head, and then slashed his throat.

The suspect, described as a tall, slender white male in his 20s or 30s with short hair, then drove away in a small car.

Albright, who is recovering, says that he may have cut a car off that evening, and that his attacker didn't say anything to him.
