Sgt. Robert Tyler of the Bethlehem barracks told The (Allentown) Morning Call ( http://bit.ly/REBnql) Tuesday that investigators were still checking the vehicle.
Police said the SUV was heading east in Hanover Township on Monday when it hit a utility pole and the victims waiting at a Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority bus stop, then plowed through a fence.
Two men were trapped under the vehicle, and 51-year-old Elias Tabarani of Allentown was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people and the driver were taken to nearby hospitals, and 28-year-old Angel Bosch of Easton later died.
