Police in Allegheny County said the two face criminal homicide, robbery and conspiracy counts in the death of 17-year-old Elijah Washington, whose body was found under the Larimer Street bridge in Pittsburgh on Wednesday.
Investigators said in a criminal complaint that a witness told them that the victim and the suspects were at a house in the Lincoln-Lemington section of the city and walked under the bridge, where the victim was shot.
Police said arrest warrants have been issued for the suspects, who have not been taken into custody.
