GREENCASTLE, Pa.—State police in central Pennsylvania say they're trying to track down the person who stole a flatbed trailer carrying more than 15 tons of steel tubing.

Police say the 45-foot trailer carrying about 31,000 pounds of steel was taken from a fabrication company near Chambersburg, Franklin County.

The Public Opinion of Chambersburg ( http://bit.ly/PYpxWa) reports the trailer was taken sometime between Aug. 24 and Aug. 27. The trailer bears Pennsylvania registration number XGR-8775.
