PINE BANK, Pa.—State police have charged a man with wounding his wife and fatally shooting another man with a shotgun after he found them together in a cabin in the southwestern corner of Pennsylvania.

Police aren't commenting on a motive, but say 32-year-old Jason Roe, of Daisytown, has been arrested in West Virginia and will be extradited to Greene County, where he's charged with aggravated assault and criminal homicide for Tuesday's shootings in Wayne Township.

Police say Roe shot 38-year-old Cordele Patterson several times, and also wounded 40-year-old Lana Roe, who was treated and released for her injuries at a hospital.

Police say the shootings occurred shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday.

It was not immediately clear who owned the cabin or why the suspect's wife and Patterson were there.
