BLAIRSVILLE, Pa.—State police have cited a 74-year-old man for harassment because they say he's been parking in the fire lane outside a western Pennsylvania store and making sexually suggestive comments to women as they leave.

Troopers from the Indiana, Pa. barracks say in a news release that John Fleck, of Black Lick, has also followed the women to their cars on several occasions.

Online court records don't list an attorney for Fleck and his home telephone was disconnected Wednesday.

Police have cited him specifically with harassing a 35-year-old woman outside a Wal-Mart store in Burrell Township on July 26, but say he's done the same thing to other women at the store about 40 miles east of Pittsburgh.
