CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.—A Pennsylvania woman allegedly gunned down with two other people by her estranged husband had complained he held a gun while they argued at a custody exchange a few weeks before the fatal shooting.

Court documents filed by Brandi Cleeves also allege Kevin Cleeves threatened her by text message during a contentious separation police say led to the triple killing

Kevin Cleeves allegedly killed his wife, her new boyfriend and the man's mother on Friday in Quincy, Franklin County and fled with his 4-year-old daughter before being captured Saturday in Ohio. He waived extradition Monday.

The Chambersburg Public Opinion ( http://bit.ly/Ps5wTs) reports Kevin Cleeves sought custody in a July 6 petition but his wife's response alleged he made threats and harassing phone calls to her work, forcing her to quit.
