PHILADELPHIA—Authorities have released the names of two teenage brothers shot and killed in their west Philadelphia home, where police say officers also found a large amount of money and narcotics.

Police said 17-year-old Christopher Malcolm was shot in the chest in the Overbrook Park residence, and 13-year-old Rohan Bennett was then shot in the head as he was trying to run away.

Police called just after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday said Bennett died at the scene and Malcolm died shortly afterward at a hospital.

The shooter fled with a large bag, and police say they are searching for a suspect.

Homicide Capt. James Clark told reporters Wednesday that more than $100,000 in cash and a large amount of prescription drugs were found in the home.
