Investigators say 23-year-old Patrick Fyock bought the beer drank by the then-17-year-old driver prior to the September 2010 crash that killed Kelsey Lynn Miller in Hollidaysburg, Blair County.
Police say Daniel Turous was fleeing police at speeds up to 100 mph when he crashed and rolled his vehicle, killing Miller.
Authorities say Fyock bought two cases of beer and shared the alcohol with Turous before the crash, which also injured another teen.
The Altoona Mirror ( http://bit.ly/OclBOi) reports Fyock was arraigned Wednesday and released on $30,000 bail. A phone listing for him could not immediately be located.
Turous pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide in March.
