The (Wilkes-Barre) Times-Leader ( http://bit.ly/MFYxG4) says attorney Shelley Centini said in the motion filed Tuesday in Luzerne County Court that she has only had time to review about one-third of more than 20,000 pages of material in the case of 38-year-old Hugo Selenski.
Prosecutors allege that Selenski and an accomplice killed Michael Kerkowski and Tammy Fassett, whose bodies were found in 2003.
Selenski was acquitted in the slayings of two other men found buried outside the Kingston Township home but is serving 32 1/2 to 65 years in a home invasion case.
