Attorney General Linda Kelly said Thursday that the results of the probe led by former FBI director Louis Freeh also won't affect ongoing criminal prosecutions.
Kelly's office secured a 45-count conviction of Sandusky last month, and is prosecuting Penn State administrators Gary Schultz and Tim Curley on charges of perjury and failing to properly report suspected child abuse.
Kelly says her office's focus has been on getting justice for Sandusky's victims and identifying other law-breakers.
