CONFLUENCE, Pa.—State police say a 69-year-old man has been found a day after he somehow wandered away from a personal care home in southwestern Pennsylvania.

Troopers from the Somerset barracks aren't identifying the home, but say Hillel Seymour Chigev was reported missing after he was last seen there about 1 p.m. Monday.

Police say they found the man when he walked to an unspecified business in neighboring Fayette County on Tuesday morning, and he told the owner who he was. The owner then called police.

The care home is located in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, near Confluence, about 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh. That's very near the border between the counties.
