But the Altoona Mirror ( http://bit.ly/LL0Rxb0) reports Friday that 50-year-old John Hiles won't lose his house because a judge found his wife was an innocent part owner.
Hiles is serving seven to 14 years in prison after pleading no contest to five large marijuana sales last year.
Blair County prosecutors wanted Hiles to forfeit his home where they found 157 pounds of marijuana and drug related materials stashed.
But County Judge Jolene Kopriva says Cathy Hiles didn't know much about the drug dealing due to health issues, a learning disability and her limited role in managing the family's finances.
