The defendants were arrested after staging a Nov. 18 sit-in at a Wells Fargo branch in downtown Philadelphia.
The Philadelphia Daily News ( http://bit.ly/ODMfQQ) says Municipal Judge Marsha Neifield convicted the defendants Wednesday after a trial that lasted more than five hours. She ordered each to pay a $500 fine plus court costs.
Attorney Paul Hetznecker, who represented some of the defendants, said he and his clients were disappointed and intended to appeal. The courtroom was packed with Occupy Philadelphia members in matching red T-shirts.
Three proceedings earlier this year resulted in acquittal of a total of 47 Occupy Philadelphia protesters in other demonstrations in October and November.
