The last residents of the enclave near a hospital in Bristol, Bucks County, had been ordered to leave Tuesday.
The camp of tents and other structures had existed for at least 20 years but a 253,000-square-foot warehouse was approved in 2005.
Members of Widows Sons, a Freemasons motorcycle group, helped dismantle and move belongings with a flatbed truck.
The Bucks County Courier Times ( http://bit.ly/KDjplr) says some residents entered shelters or treatment for mental health or substance abuse issues.
A new faith-based group, The Way Home, is leasing a home for five former camp residents.
But the paper says most residents simply set up camp elsewhere.
