BRACKENRIDGE, Pa.—An autopsy on the body of a western Pennsylvania man found dead in a van has preliminarily ruled out foul play, and tests are needed to determine whether he may have died from a drug overdose.

Allegheny County homicide detectives say the body of 39-year-old David Evans was found Sunday about 12:45 p.m., in Brackenridge, small borough about 25 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

The van was parked on a street where Evans had previously lived. Investigators believe he had recently moved out and may have been living in the van.

County detectives say there are no immediate signs of foul play.
