FARRELL, Pa.—An attorney for a western Pennsylvania man whose cell phone contained a video of a boy who is allegedly being taught how to break up marijuana buds for sale says he doesn't think it depicts what prosecutors allege.

Southwest Mercer County Regional Police don't know who the boy is, but say the phone belongs to 25-year-old Christopher Cordero, of Farrell, whose voice can be heard instructing the boy.

Cordero's attorney, John Kennedy Whalen, says he hasn't seen the video.

The Herald of Sharon reports Cordero was ordered to stand trial Tuesday on charges of drug possession and criminal use of a cell phone.

Police seized the phone and about 10 ounces of pot, drug paraphernalia and clothing they say belonged to Cordero.
