Online court records say 48-year-old Louis Lombardi is being held on charges including harassment and terroristic threats. Pittsburgh police say the McKees Rocks man made a threatening phone call to UPMC on Tuesday in which he referred to the March 8 shooting at the Western Psychiatric clinic.
Police say Lombardi was upset that his medication had been switched to a generic version. They say he claimed he was becoming violent and asked if UPMC was trying to "create another Western Psych incident."
Investigators say Lombardi also made threats against the pharmacy department in February.
Court records don't list an attorney for Lombardi.
