Police had to subdue a New Cumberland man with a stun gun after he refused to obey officers' commands Sunday night.

Mark Mealey Sr., 45, is charged with simple assault, making terroristic threats and harassment following the incident at a New Cumberland hotel, according to Fairview Township Police.
