York City detectives have located and spoken to a York City man who'd been wanted for questioning in a shooting that critically wounded a woman, police said.

Police said on Monday they'd found 29-year-old Maurice Atkinson.

Detectives have so far arrested one man in connection with the Sept. 2 shooting in the parking lot of Rutter's Farm Store and Five Guys Burgers and Fries, near the intersection of Route 30 and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Tyree Eatmon, 24, of the 500 block of East Boundary Avenue, remains free on $25,000 bail, charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and conspiracy.

Police said there were more than 200 people in the lot when a large fight broke out and bullets were fired.

Shot in the head was Glenniece Banks, 31, of York City. She continues to recover at York Hospital, according to police, who said it's believed Banks was not involved in the fight.

Police have said the fight involved members of York City's Parkway and south-side "crews," or loosely organized neighborhood gangs.
