The Center for Traffic Safety has announced roving DUI patrols for York County this weekend, as part of an effort that includes sobriety checkpoints in Adams and Lancaster counties.
The checkpoints and roving patrol will be held between 6 p.m. on Friday and 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The DUI enforcement activities are funded with federal grant money and are focused on sections of roadway where there's a high incidence of impaired drivers, crashes and arrests.
