Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating numerous acts of mailbox vandalism reported in Paradise and Jackson townships overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.
In Paradise, mailboxes were damaged in the the first three blocks of North Schoolhouse Road, either struck with a blunt object or vehicle.
In Jackson, several mailboxes and two vehicles were damaged in the 100 and 200 block of North Grant Road. Police said they believe, because of the manner in which the mailboxes were damaged, the incidents are connected.
