A robber made off with an undisclosed amount of money from a Newberry Township bank on Wednesday.

A man entered the Fulton Bank at 2220 Old Trail Road about 2:15 p.m., approached a teller and handed over a note demanding money, according to township police.

After receiving the money, the robber fled from the bank, police said.

Police describe the robber as either a tanned white or Hispanic man, approximately 6-foot, about 140 pounds and in his late 20s or early 30s. He was last seen wearing an orange high-visibility vest, a white T-shirt, jeans and a green baseball hat with a tan logo on the front, police said.
