A native of Mexico arrested in York County has been indicted for allegedly being in the United States illegally for the second time, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Harrisburg.

Jose Luis Flores-Sandoval, 23, is charged with being an illegal alien who had previously been deported. That deportation happened in April 2007, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Sandoval was captured in York County by federal immigration agents.
