Two stranded boaters were rescued from the Susquehanna River Tuesday night.

One of the boaters was pulled from the river after being in the water for about 15 minutes, according to York County 911 radio transmissions.

The second boater was rescued from a stranded pontoon boat, a dispatcher said.

The one boater that was in the water was treated at the scene and released, according to transmissions.

Emergency crews from York and Lancaster counties were dispatched to the incident at 10:08 p.m.
