After a rainy, stormy Tuesday, York will return to sunny days but with cooler temperatures than we've seen over the past week.
York will see showers throughout the day Tuesday, with thunderstorms likely after 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. The high will be 74 and the low 63, and winds will be from the southeast at 6-9 mph. More than an inch of rain is possible.
Wednesday will be sunny, with a high of 79 and low of 62, the forecast said. Winds will be from the north at 9-11 mph.
Thursday will be partly sunny, with a high of 79 and low of 63, the NWS said. Winds will be from the northeast at 6-10 mph.
The next few days will be much the same, with sunny to partly sunny days expected through Monday. Highs will be in the low 80s and lows in the low 60s, the forecast said.
