A Dillsburg area man died Tuesday when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a vehicle in Warrington Township.

Ryan S. Jordan, 25, of South Baltimore Street, suffered fatal injuries when the 1999 Honda CBR 900 RR motorcycle he was riding struck an SUV about 1:10 p.m., according to state police.

The crash happened in the 2000 block of Old York Road in the area of Old Orchard Road, police said.

A 2012 Infinity FX 5 driven by Carole Ann Keech, 67, of Dillsburg, was southbound on Old York Road and making a left turn into a driveway.

Jordan's northbound motorcycle struck the SUV as it was making the turn, police said.

He was taken to York Hospital by ambulance and was pronounced dead in the emergency room at 2:07 p.m., York County Chief Deputy Coroner Claude Stabley said.

Jordan suffered multiple injuries, according to the coroner's office; no autopsy is planned.

Keech was wearing her seatbelt and Jordan was wearing a helmet, police said.

Speed is considered a factor in the crash, police said.
