The wife of Pennsylvania's budget secretary was sentenced Tuesday in Cumberland County Court for two retail thefts.

Georgina Zogby, 48, of 607 Moores Mountain Road in Fairview Township, pleaded guilty April 19 to two counts of retail theft for stealing merchandise from T.J. Maxx and groceries from Wegmans.

She was sentenced Tuesday to a total of five years of probation and ordered to perform 60 hours of community service, according to court documents.

On April 27, Zogby pleaded guilty in York County Court to drunken driving and driving drunk with a suspended license. Sentencing is set for July 2.
