Luke Bryan is coming to the York Fair. (SUBMITTED)

Country music star Luke Bryan is coming to the York Fair for a Tuesday, Sept. 11, show, fair officials announced Monday morning.

Bryan's hits include "Country Girl Shake It For Me," "Someone Else Calling you Baby," and "If You Ain't Here to Party."

"We're excited about it," said Michael Froehlich, general manager of the York Fair. "Luke Bryan is one of the more popular country acts today, and I think he's going to really provide some of the best country music."

Bryan released his third album, "Tailgates and Tanlines" last August. In 2010, he was named top new artist by the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association.

Easton Corbin will also perform during the 7:30 p.m. York Fair show.

Corbin is known for songs such as "A Little More Country Than That," "Roll With It," and "I Can't Love You Back."

Other acts booked for this year's fair include Blake Shelton with opener Sunny Sweeney, comedian Jeff Dunham, REO Speedwagon, and Allstar Weekend.

Tickets for the Luke Bryan show go on sale at 8 a.m. Saturday at the York Fair Box Office on Carlisle Avenue. They will also be available by phone at 717-848-2033 and online at www.yorkfair.com.

Tickets are $39 for track plaza and center grandstand and $34 for side track, side plaza and side grandstand. There is a processing fee for phone, mail and Internet orders.

All grandstand show tickets purchased prior to Aug. 25 will include a gate admission ticket.
