The York County Heritage Trust will hold a family Bible documentation day from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday the Trust's Historical Society Museum, 250 E. Market St., York. The event is held in partnership with the South Central PA Genealogical Society and is free.

Individuals are invited to bring family Bibles to the event, where experts will evaluate them, photograph them and/or scan them (depending on size) and make them part of the Trust's archives. Also provided will be advice on how to best preserve the Bibles over time.
