Milder weather today will usher in showers later this week for an unsettled forecast, said Craig Evanego, National Weather Service meteorologist.

Sunshine will be plentiful for the remainder of today, with high temperatures in the mid 60's, Evanego said.

Temperatures will cool overnight with a frost advisory is in effect from 3 a.m. until 9 a.m. on Monday morning, he said.

"It's chillier than normal for this time of year, but not unheard of," Evanego said.

Monday will be another mostly sunny day with temperatures in the low 60's, he said.

"It turns a little bit unsettled for most of the rest of the week," said Evanego.

Clouds coming in Monday evening will create a good chance of showers overnight and into Tuesday morning. Milder temperatures on Tuesday could lead to high temperatures in the low 70's, he said.

"Then we really have a 30 to 40 percent chance of showers for the rest of the week. It doesn't look like any one day will be a washout," Evanego said.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with highs in the low 70's and Thursday will have highs in the upper 70's, he said. Friday should be partly sunny with more highs in the upper 70's, with Saturday again partly sunny and high's in the low 70's, he said.
