The York County Heritage Trust has two volunteer intern positions available this summer for college students interested in getting job experience.

Both are part-time and will be based at the Trust's Historical Society Museum, 250 E. Market St.

The first position is in the Marketing and Public Relations department, and is open to a college junior or senior majoring in public relations, journalism, or graphic design. The position begins in mid-May and lasts through August. Email a letter and resume to mhady@yorkheritage.org.

The second is an internship in the Trust's Development Department. This intern will have the opportunity to learn about museum-based non-profit development and experience how development is integrated into operations and discover the unique challenges of museums with regard to fundraising.
