A former York County man and his passenger were killed Saturday in a single-vehicle crash in Baltimore County.
Justin Stambaugh, 22, of Manchester, Md., and formerly of Shrewsbury, was pronounced dead April 14 at the scene of a crash at the intersection of Falls and Beckleysville roads, just east of Hampstead, Md., according to Baltimore County Police.
Officers arrived at the scene at 10 p.m., finding a 1994 Honda Civic that had rolled over. Both Stambaugh, who was driving, and passenger Willie Green Jr., 21, of White Hall, Md., had been ejected from the vehicle, police said.
Green was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he died of his injuries April 15, according to police.
The vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when Stambaugh lost control of it, police said. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled over.
The crash is still under investigation, police said.
