A Cumberland County runaway teen who was last seen in York City has been located.

Justice-Azizah Yousef Nassir, 14, of Cumberland Pointe Circle has been located and is safe, Upper Allen Police said in a news release.

Nassir had been spotted at an organized teen event in the 900 block of Vander Avenue sometime Friday night .

Police did not say where she was found.
