Karadzic has been on trial since October 20009 on charges including genocide for allegedly masterminding Serb atrocities throughout Bosnia's bloody 1992-95 war. He denies the allegations.
Judges say in a written ruling Monday that repeated evidence disclosure violations have "reflected badly on the prosecution, its knowledge of what it holds in its evidence collections and its approach to disclosure," but have not infringed Karadzic's right to a fair trial.
The United Nations court has repeatedly delayed the case to give Karadzic time to review newly disclosed evidence.
