KINGSTON, Jamaica—Authorities in Jamaica have detained three people including a 16-year-old girl they believe were involved in the fatal stabbings of three security guards last week.

A police statement issued Wednesday says officers are interrogating the suspects but no one has been charged.

The statement says police also seized several guns they believe were stolen the night of the killings.

The male and two female guards were working a late-night shift at a security company when they were killed.
