The three York County golfers left in the Pennsylvania State Women's Amateur field were eliminated on Thursday in semifinal match-play action.

The event is being held at Bent Creek Country Club in Lititz, Lancaster County.

In the Amateur Division Championship Flight, West York High School graduate Aislynn Merling was ousted by Isabella DiLisio, 5&3. Merling was seeded No. 7 and DiLisio was seeded No. 3. DiLisio will face No. 4 seed Allison Weaver in Friday's finals. Weaver beat No. 1 seed Shannon Gramley in the other semifinal, 4&3.

In the Amateur Division First Flight, six-time York County Amateur champion Amy Kennedy fell to Erin Lo, 1-up. Kennedy was the No. 1 seed, while Lo was the No. 5 seed. Lo will face No. 11 seed Brianna LaFoca in Friday's finals. LaFoca beat No. 7 seed Kristen Obush, 5&4.

In the Senior Division Championship Flight, 31-time York County Amateur champion Connie Shorb dropped a 5&4 decision to defending champion Noreen Mohler. Mohler was seeded No. 1 and Shorb was seeded No. 5. Shorb was bidding for her 11th state senior amateur crown. In Friday's finals, Mohler will face No. 7 seed Alexandra Frazier, who downed No. 6 seed Carol Semple Thompson, 3&2.
