York Catholic rallied from a 6-5 halftime deficit to edge Susquehannock 10-9 on Tuesday in girls' lacrosse action in Glen Rock.

Sarah Gabriele (two goals), Lindsey China (two goals), Ashley Ingram (two goals), Jess Mazzur (two goals), Shannon Moore (goal, assist) and Natalie Fiorenza (goal, assist) led the Irish.

Susquehannock was paced by Ashley Valway (three goals) and Carley VanLuit (two goals).

Amber Orner made 13 saves in a losing effort. Domenica Shellenberger had seven saves for the Irish.

OTHER GIRLS' LACROSSE

South Western 17, Dallastown 11: At South Western, Callie Kavanaugh led the Mustangs, scoring eight goals. For the Wildcats, Ali Shick, Alyssa Layton and Jenny Manning each scored three goals.

Kennard-Dale 19, York Suburban 8: At Suburban, Morgan Day had nine goals and five assists to power K-D. Lyndsey Duty added four goals, while Emily Livezey (three goals) and Renee Gerring (two goals, assist) each added three points. Zoe Zambito had three goals for Suburban.

New Oxford 7, Spring Grove 6: At New Oxford, Jenna Doron led the Colonials, scoring two goals and recording two assists. For the Rockets, Hallie Walker and Brea Keiser each scored one goal and added one assist. Spring Grove goalie Amanda Craver stopped 18 shots.

Central York 16, Red Lion 9: Alexis Balanda (four goals, one assist), MacKenzie Windsor (four goals), Alexis Glatfelter (three goals) and Addison Billings (two goals) paced the Central attack, while teammate Leila Gilhool made nine stops in goal. The visiting Lions were paced by Sierra Donaven (three goals) and Emma Conrad (two goals).

BOYS' LACROSSE

Central York 17, Red Lion 10: At Red Lion, Max Haldeman (five goals, four assists), Katon Yantek (three goals, three assists), Ian Desenberg (four goals) and Collin George (three goals) powered the Panthers. Shane Walker and Pearson Hinkle each had four saves. For the Lions, Jac Gemmill picked up five assists and two goals, Sam Emig scored three goals, Hayden Jennings had two goals and two assists and Tanner Reif and Tyler Dunlap each scored one goal and added one assist.

Dallastown 12, South Western 4: Bailey Haines (five goals) and Tanner Ierley (two goals, one assist) paced the Dallastown offense, while teammates Jack Marks (three saves) and Cullen Wenzler (four saves) combined to make seven stops. Dom Roda and Max Lohss each had two assists for Dallastown. For South Western, Cameron Sanders and Kyle Mills each had a pair of goals while Nick Raynor collected 22 saves in goal.

York Suburban 13, Kennard-Dale 7: At York Suburban, Anthony Betterncourt led the Trojans by scoring four goals. Collin Mailman had three goals and one assist, Mike Sipes had two assists and Justice Gettle had one goal and one assist.

Susquehannock 13, York Catholic 8: The host Warriors were led by Zach Gloeckner (three goals, one assist), Michael Mattes (three goals, one assist), Cody Allred (two goals) and Aiden Kirkendall (one goal, two assists). The Irish were paced by Teddy Trapeni (three goals) and Tommy Bowser (two goals, two assists).

West York 9, Eastern York 8: In Wrightsville, the Bulldogs trailed 5-4 at the half before tallying three goals in the third period to take a 7-6 lead into the final period, when both teams tallied two goals. Hunter Betz (four goals, one assist) and Seth Wise (two goals) paced West York. The Golden Knights were led by Jon Witman (three goals, one assist), Conrad Rhein (two goals, two assists) and Christian Buser (two goals). Joe Stickler made 13 stops in goal.

Spring Grove 10, New Oxford 4: The host Rockets were led by Collin Marshall (three goals, one assist), Bryce Kephart (two goals, four assists) and Ty Sager (two goals, one assist) in the victory.

Spring Grove 4, Northern York 3: At Dillsburg, in a game from Monday, Ty Sager had two goals to power the Rockets to the low-scoring, non-league win.
