York High snapped a rare two-game losing streak on Thursday night with a 65-54 victory over Philadelphia's Franklin Learning Center at the McCaskey Tournament in Lancaster.
The Bearcats outscored FLC in each of the first three quarters to build a 50-37 lead.
D'Montie Shaw and Stephen Dickson paced York High with 14 points apiece.
York High (5-2 overall), which has won five straight York-Adams Division I titles, was coming off back-to-back division losses to Central York and South Western.
The Bearcats' next game in the tournament will be Saturday at noon against the host school, McCaskey. There are only three teams in the tournament after Carver dropped out. At 6 p.m. Friday, McCaskey will battle Franklin.

Susquehannock 58, Kennard-Dale 50: At Glen Rock, the Warriors rallied for the win in the first round of their holiday tournament. Susquehannock fell behind 25-18 after one quarter, but outscored the Rams 16-6 in the second period to take a 34-31 halftime lead. They outscored K-D 10-9 in the third quarter and 14-10 in the final period. Dan Ferraro poured in 25 points to lead the winners, including 12 of the team's 14 points in the final period. Bryan Kerr added 12 points for the Warriors. K-D got double-digit efforts from Kyle Wooldridge (14), Jake Deppen (13) and Ryan Trott (12). Susquehannock will now take on Hanover on Friday's championship game, while K-D faces Columbia in the consolation contest. Hanover beat Columbia in Thursday's other semifinal, 63-60, in overtime.
