Three York College field hockey players earned All-Capital Athletic Conference honors on Wednesday.

Senior Danielle Gaitings was named to the All-CAC First Team as a defender.

Junior Kailey Brewer and senior Ashton Burk were selected to the All-CAC Second Team. Brewer was picked at forward, while Burk, a Susquehannock High School graduate, was picked at midfielder.

Those three players helped York compile a 10-8 record this season.

Gaitings scored one goal and had a team-high five defensive saves for York. She spearheaded a defense that allowed 2.05 goals per game.

Brewer finished with eight goals and three assists, good for 19 points, which was second on the team. Burk finished with two goals and a team-high six assists, good for 10 points.

OTHER YORK COLLEGE NOTES

DELONE GRAD RINE MAN REGOGNIZED: York College senior volleyball player Ashley Rineman earned first-team All-Capital Athletic Conference honors at libero as announced by the conference office on Wednesday afternoon.

Rineman makes her third appearance on the All-CAC squad. She was a second-team selection as a sophomore in 2010 and a first-team libero in 2011.

Rineman led the team in digs, digs per game, total service aces and serve reception percentage. Rineman collected 669 digs, 5.11 digs per game, 52 service aces and a .946 serve-receive percentage. The senior capped her career with 2,545 digs, good for second on the Spartans' all-time list, 190 service aces and a .930 serve-receive percentage in 2,341 attempts in her 133 career matches. Rineman also had 31 kills, 134 assists and 221 total points.

TICKET POLICY SET FOR NCAA MEN'S SOCCER GAMES: The York College Athletic Department has announced the ticket policy for this weekend's NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Regional in York.

Tickets for the first and second round of the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championship will be available at the upper-level welcome desk of the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., and beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday. Only tickets for Saturday's games will be available at those times. Tickets for Saturday's games will also be available at the gate beginning at 10 a.m.

Tickets for Sunday's game will be available at the upper-level welcome desk in the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center on Saturday from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m., and beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday. Tickets for Sunday's game will also be available at the gate beginning at 12:30 p.m.

The prices for each day are $6 for adults, $3 for students (13-21), $3 for seniors (over 55) and $2 for children (3-12).

Tickets for each session will be complimentary to the first 200 York College students bearing their valid York College identification. Those tickets will only be available at the upper-level welcome desk of the Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center. Complimentary tickets for Sunday's game will only become available at 9 a.m. Sunday.
