The Alexander D. Goode Elementary School chorus takes part in The Four Chaplains Prayer Breakfast Wednesday morning at the Yorktowne Hotel. The event is presented by the Interfaith Four Chaplains Prayer Breakfast Committee and Lutheran Social Services. It commemorates the four chaplains, including Rabbi Alexander Goode of York, who gave their life jackets to others and went down with the ship when the USAT Dorchester was sunk by the Germans on Feb. 3. 1943. The Alexander D. Goode Elementary School chorus took part in The Four Chaplains Prayer Breakfast on Wednesday morning at the Yorktowne Hotel. The event was presented by the Interfaith Four Chaplains Prayer Breakfast Committee and Lutheran Social Services.
