Air Force: Airman 1st Class Nicholas A. Ross, of York, graduated from basic military training, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

Navy: Seaman Trevor Lusen, of Dallastown, a surface sonar technician, is serving with the Fleet Anti-Submarine Warfare Training Center.

Army: Pfc. Trent Bartz, of Hellam Township, with the 203rd Military Intelligence Battalion, Aberdeen, Md., was selected to compete in a "best warrior" competition, which extended to the brigade level.
