A York man was sentenced to 22 years in federal prison for selling crack-cocaine and for firearms violations, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Omar S. Folk, 32, was sentenced Thursday in Harrisburg's federal court. In addition to prison, he must pay a $1,500 fine and spend five years on probation after being released, according to federal officials.
Folk was arrested Sept. 1, 2011, after selling crack in York County, and a subsequent search of his home resulted in police seizing 144 grams of crack and a gun, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.
Folk was indicted in October 2011 and convicted in August 2012.
