A York man who needed to meet with troopers about a drug charge from 2012 apparently made two big mistakes when he drove to the state police barracks in Loganville, according to police.

First, Michael Andrew Boylan drove to the barracks, despite having a suspended driver's license, police allege.

That caused police to seize his vehicle, which requires an inventory search, police said.

And that's when troopers found Boylan's second alleged mistake.

They seized a crack pipe they found in the vehicle, state police allege.

Boylan, 46, no address given, will be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
